Regina Cruz-Morales is a servant leader at heart and a trusted advocate in South Lake real estate. Originally from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and completed her internship with the City of Boulder Parks & Recreation. After five impactful years living and working in Boulder, Colorado, Regina felt called to use her skills and passion for service on a global level.

From 2008 to 2011, Regina proudly served in the Peace Corps as a Youth Volunteer in the Dominican Republic and Ecuador. Those years shaped her resilience, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to helping others—qualities that define her leadership and client-first approach today.

Regina moved to Clermont, Florida in 2012 with one clear mission: to serve people. She began her real estate career in 2013 and quickly discovered that guiding families through buying, selling, and investing wasn’t just a profession—it was her calling. Known for her integrity, education-driven approach, and fierce advocacy, Regina treats every client like family and every transaction as a responsibility she takes personally.

Beyond real estate, Regina is deeply invested in her community. She serves as an Ambassador and Board of Director for the South Lake Chamber of Commerce, has been a proud Kiwanian since 2012, and a member of the Women’s Giving Alliance since 2015. Regina is committed to strengthening South Lake, building generational wealth, and making a lasting impact—one home and one family at a time.
