Meet Our Team
Eileen Scates, Founder & Broker, brings over 20 years of experience in property management and a deep understanding of both tenant and landlord perspectives. Having relocated across the U.S. and internationally, including living on two islands and in six states, she intimately understands the challenges of managing properties and creating a sense of home. Eileen is also deeply involved in her community, balancing work with family time, motorcycle rides, beach days, knitting for the local Prayer Shawl Ministry, and enjoying her fur-babies.
Nidia, our Property Manager, joined the team during the COVID-19 pandemic after a 33-year career with Disney. With a passion for attention to detail and client care, she expertly manages properties while finding time for her favorite hobbies, including scrapbooking, visiting Disney parks with her bestie, and spoiling her grandchildren and fur-babies. Married for 51 years and a proud mom and grandmother, Nidia’s experience and care are invaluable to our team.
